State of the art amenities at PBSA building – Gravity – in Lincoln

Students living at the Gravity purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) building in Lincoln have been enjoying state of the art amenities.

A purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) building – Gravity – on Mint Lane in Lincoln has 134 luxury apartments and was developed by The Parklane Group under its IconInc brand. The new multimillion student apartments opened its doors to students who have a choice of seven different types of apartments – ranging from £155 per week to £1,950 per month for a plush suite.

Gravity features state of the art amenities including a gym, sauna, steam room, study pods, iMac zones, private cinema room, a slide, a wellness zone with yoga and meditation spaces and a beauty treatment room. There are also shared lounges and kitchens, and students can pay for extra services such as professional cleaning from £20 or a personal trainer from £120.

Students continue to move into Gravity – with move in dates scheduled throughout October and into the new year.
