Leeds-based student lettings firm – Rooftop Living – has grown from buying a single property to rent to students 35 years ago to running a multimillion pound lettings empire. Since 2019, the company has been using Made Snappy’s 360 tours for its student properties.

By creating 360 tours, Rooftop Living was able to cut down on viewing times and assist international clients who wanted to secure their student accommodation in Leeds before arriving to start their studies. The team has now made almost 200 tours.

The Made Snappy 360 tours has enabled the student lettings firm let properties faster and to cut out wasted viewings where the property wasn’t suitable for a prospective tenant. According to Anjam, the only drawback is that the firm didn’t begin using the tours sooner.
