Fresh, the UK’s leading specialist third-party manager of residential for rent homes celebrates a fantastic performance at the National Student Housing Awards (NSHA) 2021, which saw it clinch six titles – the most of any single operator.
Fresh won the following awards: Best Private Halls Provider UK, Best Private halls Provider ROI, Best Student Wellbeing UK, Best Student Wellbeing ROI, Best Customer Service ROI and Best Learning Environment – Calico Liverpool.
Fresh also received the International Accommodation Quality Mark for the UK and ROI and had 23 team members nominated as Student Accommodation Heroes.
The NSHA awards are based on resident feedback in the Global Student Living Survey, which gathers feedback from Fresh residents amongst over 30,000 students worldwide.
“We’re thrilled to have won these awards, which mean so much because they are voted on by residents. We put our residents first and I’m so happy they enjoyed such a positive experience with us during the most challenging year imaginable for them, and for the sector.
“This is an amazing achievement for a large provider with sites across the UK and Ireland, and it’s a testament to the skill and hard work of our teams, our relationships with our clients and the strength of Fresh’s offer.”
Jane Crouch, Interim Head of Fresh
Within the Global Student Living Survey, Fresh achieved a net promoter score (NPS) of +32 against a benchmark figure for large providers of +12, and University Halls of -8.
Topping the table for residents follows a huge vote of confidence from clients as Fresh added over 3,000 new PBSA beds to its portfolio in the UK for the 2020/21 academic year, outpacing its nearest rivals by around 1,000 beds.
