IconInc’s Gravity PBSA scheme in Lincoln has recently been named as a finalist for ‘Best Commercial Build’ in the Northern Design Awards 2021 and was shortlisted for the LABC Building Excellence Award 2021 for ‘Best Purpose-Built Accommodation’. The awards coincide with IconInc achieving 100% occupancy levels for year two at Gravity.

On the back of the success of Gravity, IconInc has also unveiled plans for a second phase development in Lincoln – Todson House – having purchased vacant land adjacent to the existing building. The second phase is expected to complete in September 2023 and will deliver a further 41 student apartments.
