Vita Group, which has been responsible for delivering some of the biggest urban regeneration projects over the last decade including Circle Square, has launched a brand-new group website.
The Group focusses its story on its’ mission: ‘create environments in which people can thrive’, which now runs through every strand of the businesses’ operations and forms offshoots for its purpose. A real focus on ‘Purpose’ across the site demonstrates Vita’s understanding and value of ESG topics with pillars going into further detail.
“Purpose isn’t just something we do, it’s in many respects, everything we do. ESG topics continue to grow in importance for the industry, for Vita, our purpose has always been focussed on creating a vehicle for good which enables people to realise their potential whilst creating connected communities. Now our entire corporate identity is centred around creating environments in which people can thrive and it is entrenched in everything we do, from building design to marketing and events.”
Giles Beswick, Chief Purpose Officer, Vita Group
Alongside ‘Purpose’, the new site introduces the ‘Vita Lab’, a research and development department focussed on developing and harnessing consumer insights, trends, and behaviours to innovate the sector and create new products and services.
“The Vita Lab is our home of innovation, whilst many developers are looking solely at land values and potential returns, our focus is on creating brands and products which bring people together and meet their needs. This means that we’re not afraid to move away from traditions, instead we’re here to innovate, disrupt and ultimately create something which helps people live happy and thriving lives.”
David Ancell, Chief Brand Officer, Vita Group
Vita Group now has a confirmed development pipeline which stands at over 6,000 beds and is actively looking for new acquisitions for its four living brands.
Vita Student, ‘the world’s best student accommodation’, is still very much at the heart of this development pipeline with new openings in Cardiff and Warwick launching ahead of the new academic year.
“Today is an exciting day, our new website represents the culmination of ten years’ hard work creating outstanding products. We’ve been at the heart of some major regeneration projects such as Circle Square, creating thriving communities across the country, but we’ve been hesitant about how we package this fantastic work and tell the world.
“We have a story I’m incredibly proud of. Ten years of innovation, ten years of growth, ten years of creating living brands which connect with our customers and help them live a happy and successful life. It now feels like we’re at the cusp of something very special, we’ve built a living platform which is redefining the rental market and re-inventing student living, and it’s time for that story to be told.”
