Vita Group announces the opening of its first office in Spain as the business is targeting its Pan-European expansion. Situated in Barcelona, the office will help provide a foothold in the city, as the Group prepares for its first European launch with Vita Student Pedralbes and Vita Student Poblenou – which are set to open later this year.
In the heart of the city, Vita Student will deliver over 600 purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) apartments across two buildings. The schemes will include stunning roof gardens, private dining rooms and a swimming pool. The brand will bring its world leading service matched with the best amenities – to create thriving, connected communities, aligned with the Group’s mission to ‘create environments in which people can thrive’. The news follows the recent announcement of a brand-new group website – with a focus on purpose.
