StarRez makes two new executive leadership appointments

StarRez continues its global expansion with two new executive leadership appointments – to the roles of Chief Revenue Officer and Chief People Officer.

Leading global provider of residential community and student housing software – StarRez – announces two new executive leadership appointments to support its rapid growth and global expansion. Jason Day has been appointed as Chief Revenue Officer and Monique Wallick as Chief People Officer.The new roles intend to foster operational excellence, support sustainable growth, enhance the customer experience, and improve student and resident life globally.

Monique joins StarRez from Solera, a technology company where she served as Vice President, Talent, Total Rewards, & HR Systems. Prior to joining Solera, Monique served as Vice President, Total Rewards & Mergers/Acquisitions for the Freeman Company and Director, HR Business Partner & Shared Services for Galderma Laboratories (A Nestle Company). Monique has a BS in Mathematics from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Business/Finance from New Hampshire College (now Southern New Hampshire University).

Jason has significant experience in PropTech and EdTech. Previous experience saw Jason lead the revenue team at Zego as they delivered payment, utility, and resident experience solutions to the multifamily and single-family markets. Prior to this, Jason was at Accruent (EMS, Famis), a leader in real estate and facilities management solutions. Jason studied at Texas A&M University and supports The Mays Business School and the Reynolds & Reynolds Sales Institute in the education and training of the next generation of sales professionals.

StarRez has a strong team of over 200 people across the USA, Canada, UK and Australia. The company offers remote flexibility but also maintains two headquarter offices in Denver, Colorado and Melbourne, Australia. They are searching for people to join the team as they expand and have several opportunities currently open to applications.
