Harris Associates and Savills present The Store House purpose built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme on behalf of Manner. The forward funding opportunity offers 369 student bed spaces and over 3,099 sqm of prime retail. The design-led development opportunity is inspired by the site’s heritage, referencing its former uses as a grand Victorian hotel and department store.

Designed by Corstorphine & Wright Architects and boutique interior design house Project Studio, The Store House PBSA development draws on the ‘15-minute city’ principles and embraces the rejuvenation of the city centre as a place to live, learn, work and connect.

“Harris Associates is pleased to present the forward fund of The Store House on behalf of Manner. The scheme is an exciting proposition that represents an evolution in design for the PBSA market. The Store House marks one of few PBSA city centre locations in Leeds, representing the next-generation of accommodation for the city”

Jamie Harris, Head of Student Accommodation, Harris Associates
