Hosting residents from over seventy countries, we invest in an industry-leading programme of social events throughout the year – creating opportunities for interaction amongst our multicultural residents.

Furthermore, we are a proud supporter of the UK’s student mental health charity, Student Minds, working towards transforming the state of student mental health so that all in higher education can thrive.

We came from a hospitality background and have vast experience of designing, constructing and operating serviced student accommodation. We recognise that a student’s selection of university and accommodation is a mix of academic and lifestyle choices. Having made their academic choice of city, university, and course, the focus switches very quickly to being able to mix with other like-minded people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures in a safe, secure, high-quality environment which promotes interaction, not only in-house but within the city that they are in. We have been successful in providing those opportunities and continually improve on what we do.

What’s next for Study Inn?

Following the opening of Walnut Gardens in Exeter in September 2021, we are now in construction phase for Reynard House in Leicester, a scheme in Leeds and a second property in Nottingham, which will see our bed count double in the 2022/2023 academic year.

The Group will continue to build portfolio properties with a clear focus on providing the best student experience for its guests, as well as forging good working relationships with the universities in the cities in which it operates.
