The Momentum Group has appointed Sarah Carron to join its property management division as Board Director. Starting her role in June 2022, Sarah will drive the property management and consultancy business’s continued growth and support The Momentum Group’s existing client instructions.
The appointment of Sarah supports the aspiration of The Momentum Group to continue its growth and service to its clients. The Momentum Group provides comprehensive advisory, construction, management, and maintenance solutions to its clients. The business has seen significant growth since its inception nearly five years ago, and now supports property investors, landlords and occupiers.
Relatively new to the student market, The Momentum Group has aspirations for continued growth into the sector. Having worked with CA Ventures in both Edinburgh and Sheffield to support their FM provision, and ongoing discussions to property manage some student accommodation in Liverpool on behalf of another client, the Group are keen to broaden their reach. As a small but growing business with decades of experience and the new appointment of Sarah to the Board, the company believes it is well placed to strive into this sector with its knowledge, skills and the experience.

Sarah Carron, a RICS Chartered Surveyor, has supported and worked with The Momentum Group since its inception on a freelance basis. Sarah has over 30 years property management experience, much of which has been in the management of shopping centres, retail and mixed-use schemes. Examples of projects she has worked on include Battersea Power Station, Kings Cross, Festival Place Basingstoke and Liverpool ONE.
