High Rock Partners acted as exclusive advisors to RMS in connection with the transaction and Vinson & Elkins LLP served as legal counsel for StarRez.
Founded by Graham Banister in 1994, RMS currently operates offices in Raleigh, NC and Newcastle, UK. The company provides leading web-based housing and conference management software solutions.
