fu3e. – a real-time adaptive management reporting and risk management software for real estate – has announced the appointment of a new Executive Chairman, Kevin Taylor MBE. The appointment follows an investment of £3.5m from Gresham House Ventures.

Kevin is also Chairman of Indigo Telecom, and previously served leading roles as a President, COO and Director, at telecoms giant BT in AMEA, and Chairman of Securecloud+. Kevin has a track record of leading growth across the UK, Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.

fu3e. allows all stakeholders in the real estate industry to manage financial and operational risk in real time as a layer above existing management software. It is used by real estate funds, asset owners, developers and professional consultants. fu3e. offers two products – Business Impacts, to manage development risks, and Digital PMO, to digitise the management process.
