Construction is underway on The Metropolitan at Tallahassee, a 702-bedroom community situated a short walk from the southwest corner of Florida State University (FSU) and Doak Campbell Stadium, eateries and undergraduate nightlife attractions. Landmark Construction serves as general contractor for the duration of this project.

Located at 1701 West Pensacola Street, The Metropolitan at Tallahassee will be ready for student occupancy August 2024, and offers several floorplans ranging from two- to four-bedrooms.
