UNINEST Japan – who manage two large-scale student properties in Tokyo since 2018 – partners with Altitude, a New Zealand-based accommodation software company to implement their fully customised, white-label student app. UNINEST Japan’s focus is to offer students a fulfilling off-campus life – offering a culturally rich, community-focused, clean and safe living environment while studying in Japan.
Altitude’s student app consolidates UNINEST’s once manual process of student onboarding, move in and move out, to benefit both staff and students. The app provides a single place for all real-time student information, local events, emergency procedures and more.

“Uninest was looking for a way to improve the student experience and operations. We researched the market and the best platform available was Altitude.
“Altitude was very supportive and willing to make the changes and additions to their platform in order to support our needs.”
Taku Iwasaki, Head of Operations, Uninest
