
Specialist third-party manager of residential for rent homes – Fresh – celebrates three award wins at this year’s Global Student Living Awards. The back-to-back awards is the most wins for a single operator in the UK and Ireland.
Fresh wins Best Private Housing (UK & Ireland) for the second year running, Best Learning Environment (UK & Ireland) for Eden Square in Coventry, and Best Individual Accommodation (UK & Ireland) for Woodside House in Glasgow.
These wins follow Fresh achieving a record high Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +34 for its student accommodation offering, against a sector average for private halls of +8.

Launched in 2020, Fresh’s ‘Be’ Wellbeing Programme has been central to the continued high satisfaction scores from residents. ‘Be’ is unique in the sector as a comprehensive method of offering excellent customer service at every touch point – through insight and building meaningful relationships between the Fresh site teams and residents.
Fresh currently manages c.22,000 student accommodation, Build to Rent and co-living homes for a wide range of clients across over 70 properties. Over the last 11 years, Fresh has delivered effective management for clients while maintaining a focus on high levels of service for residents – holding an over 94% customer satisfaction rating in a recent independent survey.
