
Developer, builder, offsite manufacturer and property maintenance business – Osborne – announces it has appointed Mark Hoyland as its Group Chief Executive, who will join the company in early 2023, when the Interim Group Chief Executive will step down. Mark has extensive senior leadership experience across development, construction, housing, maintenance and property services sectors, latterly as Group Chief Executive of leading housing provider, Orbit.

At Orbit, Mark led a programme of innovation and growth. This included the development of Orbit’s customer-centric corporate strategy, delivering strong and robust financial results, building 6,600 new homes, maintaining over 45,000 properties and creating a values-led performance driven culture. This saw Orbit recognised as a Best Companies Sunday Times Top 100 Company.
Mark’s previous roles also included Managing Director of Balfour Beatty Engineering Services and Chief Executive at CityWest Homes. His early career was spent with Wimpey Construction. Mark was also a Non-Executive Director at Dolphin Square Foundation.
