ASK4 strengthens its partnership with smart building technology provider Utopi, with the joint appointment of Glenn Wilkinson as Partnership Director. Glenn will officially take up his new role in January 2023.

Glenn is no stranger to the multi-tenant real estate sector, having spent over 20 years in the industry. For the last 13 years, Glenn was Sales Director at Glide. Glenn is perfectly positioned to communicate the wide-ranging benefits of smart building technology to investors, operators and residents alike, due to his technical knowledge and deep understanding of the sectors ASK4 and Utopi serve.
