The company has also made two additional promotions to Managing Director, to scale its UK Build to Rent platform.
Luis Lopez-Quinones Garcia and Pablo Garcia- Morales Osorio are both promoted to Managing Director and appointed as Co-Heads of Iberia within the European student housing leadership team. They will work alongside recently appointed Senior Managing Director Rainer Nonnengässer, tasked with spearheading Amro Partners’ drive into new student housing markets including Germany, the Netherlands and Austria.
“I’d like to offer my congratulations to our four new Managing Directors. It’s a daily pleasure to work alongside such a talented senior team and I look forward to achieving great success with them over the coming years.”

Amro Partners is targeting €2bn gross portfolio value in its Europe student housing platform. The company is in advanced discussions with long-term institutional investment partners, as it begins a significant scale-up of its residential living investment platforms.
Director of Sustainability & ESG, Elisabetta Li Destri Nicosia, who joined the business in 2022, will also work closely with the team to implement sustainability strategies at asset, portfolio and corporate level as Amro Partners doubles down on its ambitious NZC2025 target.
“Rewarding outstanding performance is part of our ethos. I’m delighted to recognise the remarkable contribution of these team members, who have all taken ownership of Amro’s vision as a leader in sustainability and have contributed to this pivotal moment in our growth journey.”
