iQ is one of the leading providers of private PBSA in the UK, benefitting from a strategically located, wholly owned property portfolio of 79 properties, comprising over 32,000 beds across 29 university towns and cities throughout the UK.
The partnership with Lavanda will enable iQ to use Lavanda’s innovative technology platform to optimise occupancy, particularly in the summer months when there is strong demand for short term and flexible accommodation.

This comes as an extension to an existing partnership and will see iQ expand the use of this platform from six sites in six cities, to 30 sites in nine cities.
