Coventry’s most hotly anticipated purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) – Vita Student Copper Towers – tops out at Level 13. Due to complete for the 2023/24 academic year, the scheme is ideally located to cater for students at Coventry University and the University of Warwick.

Vita Student Copper Towers will deliver 496 studio apartments across 13 floors. Apartments have floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views overlooking Coventry’s Greyfriars Green. Amenities include multiple study areas, a state-of-the art gym, games room, private dining rooms, a coffee lounge and a private courtyard with a BBQ terrace.

The scheme offers students an ‘all in’ living experience from £197pw. This includes bills, breakfast, amenities, a full calendar of events, and access to several bookable spaces. The packed events programme at Vita Student Copper Towers offers up to five different events each week – and ranges from private chef cooking classes with yhangry and ‘Vita Box’ boxing classes to beauty masterclasses with Harvey Nichols.

Vita Student Copper Towers is the company’s second PBSA scheme in Coventry. Its first, Vita Student Cannon Park, welcomed residents from September 2022. The scheme includes over 766 student rooms and Vita’s traditional amenities and services – including a basketball court designed by renowned graffiti artist Hazard One.

Achieving full occupancy in its opening year, Vita Student Cannon Park is at over 50% occupancy for the 2023/24 academic year.
