Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) operator Host, real estate developers CKC Properties, and specialist PBSA investment manager Curlew Capital, are happy to introduce View Studios to the student accommodation sector.
Based in Bermondsey on Spa Road, the PBSA scheme – which is managed and operated by Host – is now at full capacity, having achieved practical completion in September last year.
Forward funded by Curlew Capital and developed by CKC Properties, View Studios stands at six storeys and contains 185 high specification studio apartments.
