Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) has formed a significant part of Kinetic’s customer base.
The hiring of Claire will be beneficial for strengthening the company’s PBSA customer base and expanding on focus areas, as their needs can differ from those of other Higher Education customers.
Clare brings a wealth of expertise gained through over thirteen years of working in the sector and joined Kinetic from her role as Head of Customer Experience at Unite Students, one of the largest PBSA operators in the UK.

Whilst at Unite Students, Clare was responsible for the customer contact strategy, ensuring the student was always front and centre in all day-to-day operational decisions and business initiatives.
Prior to that, Clare was Head of Operations at Liberty Living for their UK and European teams, enjoying ten years in senior leadership roles.
