Deloitte makes four new senior hires to its real assets advisory team, further strengthening the company’s development advisory and valuation offerings. This includes two new Directors – one of which will be involved in the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sector – and two new partners.
Andrew Stanford joins Deloitte as a Director. He will lead the residential capital markets team and will be involved in the PBSA sector. With over 30 years residential experience, Andrew spent two years as the Head of the government’s private rented sector (PRS) taskforce responsible for kickstarting the UK Build to Rent sector.
Other appointees include Jane Lees as a Director, who will focus on the alternatives market, and Michelle Kite and Hari Sothinathan who both join as Partners. Michelle and Hari will provide strategic advice on large scale development and regeneration projects to both the public and private sectors.
“Real Assets Advisory is at the heart of Deloitte’s real estate and infrastructure offering. Following another very successful year, we continue to grow and develop our services to address the increasingly complex needs of our clients. I am delighted to welcome Michelle, Hari, Jane and Andrew to our team.”
