Developer GRAHAM Group have signed contracts with iQ Student Accommodation to deliver the new Bath Street purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Glasgow city centre.
GRAHAM’s Building North are set to work with iQ Student Accommodation again to deliver the 551-bed Bath Street PBSA development.
The scheme will be designed by Cooper Cromar and will feature a gym, gaming arcade, dining spaces, social spaces and more student-friendly amenities.
Preparations for the construction are underway which includes the now complete demolition of the existing 1970s office block at 225 Bath Street to make way for the new scheme.
GRAHAM previously delivered 323-beds for iQ Student Accommodation at the Elgin Place PBSA scheme which is also Glasgow-based.
Bath Street will receive the same finish and aesthetic as the Elgin Place development.
