StarRez has appointed Edward Casey as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support its continued growth and global scaling. Edward joins from Deposco, Inc. where he spent almost ten years leading finance for the company.

Edward has over 20 years of professional experience in software, cloud, and enterprise focused businesses – driving scale and delivering world class financial planning, technical accounting, deal structuring, contract structures, audits and building elite teams.
Edward will also bring his strong experience with successful private equity backed companies to StarRez. This includes managing successful acquisitions and exits with companies of all scale from private to public, ranging from emerging software entities to billion dollar plus sized organizations.
Edward holds an undergraduate degree in business, a master’s in accounting, and is a CPA. He is also a proud alumni from the University of Georgia.
