Fresh achieves record NPS and Platinum certification

Specialist third-party operator of residential for rent Fresh has achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +35 for its purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) schemes.

This achievement beats last year’s record high of +34, with the latest NPS reflecting the continued growth for the company since achieving +32 in 2021.

Alongside this, Fresh has been awarded a Platinum certification and has 42 properties certified Silver, Gold and Platinum.

Accompanying this milestone, the company won back-to-back awards at last year’s Global Student Living Awards – the most wins for a single operator.

The scores, collated by the Global Student Living Index, are taken from direct feedback by students and looks at seven elements of the customer experience including condition and quality, bedroom, value for money, student car and support, recycling and environmental, overall management and Internet.

Fresh has also been nominated for the following seven awards:

  • Best Environmental Management (UK & Ireland) 
  • Best Private Housing (UK & Ireland) 
  • Best Student Wellbeing (UK & Ireland) 
  • Best Value for Money (UK & Ireland) 
  • Best Individual Property (UK & Ireland) 
  • Best Learning Environment (UK & Ireland)

Recently, Fresh has outperformed other operators in the PBSA sector when looking at the NPS benchmark. Fresh achieved +35, while Large Operators (Private Halls) were +12, Mid-sized Operators (Private Halls) were +5, and Small Operators (Private Halls) achieved +14.

This year, a new certification was introduced for all properties and operators participating in the Global Student Living Index.
