Mascott are the chosen delivery partner on the Belfast-based Bradbury Place purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development for Dublin-based investment firm Elkstone.
The topping out of the PBSA scheme marks a significant milestone for the companies, as it marks the first of Elkstone’s projects in Belfast and Northern Ireland.
Mascott, senior figures from Elkstone and its project team celebrated the achievement together to mark this momentous first in the company’s real estate portfolio, with a commemorative plaque being fixed to the structure on the roof.
When complete, Bradbury Place will consist of 156 student rooms over five floors with 3,600 sq ft of retail space at street level. The property will be managed by student accommodation operator Mezzino who will provide 24/7 security for residents at the scheme.

Bradbury Place will feature residential facilities and amenities, such as a state-of-the-art gym, cinema room and a hi-tech shared study space, alongside an interactive lounge and relaxing communal areas.
Located a short walk from Queens University, the PBSA aims to enhance the local area and set the standard for new student accommodation in Belfast.
Mascott have stated that it is excited to see what else is to come from Elkstone and their delivery partners in the future.
