Student accommodation provider Vita Student prepares to welcome residents to its newly completed Copper Towers purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme on Warwick Road in central Coventry.
The 496-apartment Copper Towers development conveniently caters towards the University of Warwick and Coventry University’s latest intake of students.
Vita Student is officially opening the scheme at the start of September in time for the new academic year. The Copper Towers PBSA scheme offers ‘all in’ student living from £192 per week which includes bills, a resident’s gym, private dining rooms, a cinema room, design-led hub space with space to meet friends, study and co-work, complimentary breakfast, housekeeping, and a roster of events which are centred around wellbeing, community and maximising studies.
“Vita Student Copper Towers looks fantastic with its stunning copper façade which adds to the Coventry skyline. The building will raise the standards of what students should and can expect from their student accommodation experience in Coventry. Complementing our nearby Cannon Park accommodation, Copper Towers caters for those students who want to be in the heart of City and closer to Coventry University.
“Uptake for our 23/24 academic year has been sensational as we draw ever closer to 100% occupancy and we can’t wait to open the doors to our first residents in September.
“Copper Towers marks Vita Student’s 10,000th bed in the brand’s 10th anniversary year, a milestone we are extremely proud of as the brand continues to go from strength-to-strength, redefining the student living experience and supporting residents on their journey through university, so they’re equipped to leave their education and go onto achieve their dreams.”
Max Bielby, Chief Operating Officer, Vita Student
The events programme at Vita’s Copper Towers includes private chef experiences with yhangry, where residents can learn to cook meals that they can then recreate in their daily lives, personal trainers who host a range of workouts to help improve student wellbeing, and nationwide brand partnerships with luxury retailers like L’OCCITANE and Harvey Nichols.
There is also the ‘Begin Big’ platform which supports students through their life at university, from workshops on drafting the perfect CV and graduate employment fairs to inspiring talks from likes of Brian Cox, the BBC and Adidas.
Ideally located, residents are a ten-minute walk from the University of Coventry and a 15-minute bus ride to the University of Warwick.
