Knight Frank has expanded its Project & Building Consultancy team with the appointment of Rob Brown as Partner. Before joining Knight Frank, Rob was at Mileway Real Estate.
He brings with him extensive experience in professional and transactional related services including technical due diligence and dilapidations.

Rob’s role will cover the living sectors and includes the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sector.
Working closely with Head of Commercial Building Surveying, Andrew Burt, Rob will be advising investors and occupiers on a wide range of commercial assets.
Rob’s role will see him build on and expand Knight Frank’s client base, responding to their commercial needs, drivers and objectives to provide tailored advice, and follows the company’s expansion into student accommodation.
