Next-generation property management system Lavanda has announced that it has been awarded elite ‘Premier Partner’ status by leading global travel and accommodation marketplace, Booking.com.

Premier Partners are defined as Booking.com’s best connectivity providers, offering the most advanced systems with the widest range of products and services.

Lavanda’s award-winning software platform specialises in short-stay and flexible living solutions for purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), multifamily and co-living portfolios across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Australia.

Clients include Blackstone, Greystar, Brookfield and Starwood Capital amongst many others.

“We’re thrilled to be recognised as a Premier Partner of Booking.com. This elite partnership status with one of the leading OTAs not only recognises the huge scope and potential of the industry-defining platform that we’re building at Lavanda, but it’s also an important step forward in our mission to make renting a more flexible and customer-centric experience. It’s yet further validation of our unwavering commitment to spearheading innovation in real estate and powering unparalleled guest experiences across the sector.”

Fred Lerche- Lerchenborg, CEO, Lavanda

Compared to Booking.com’s other Premier Partners, Lavanda is the first and only Premier Partner platform dedicated to serving institutionally-owned apartment buildings.

This landmark collaboration promises to open-up new strategic markets for Booking.com and aims to bring thousands of high-quality alternative accommodation types to the platform, all located in prime city centre locations.

Customers will be able to book this inventory for a duration of their choosing, in line with their specific needs.

This news follows Lavanda’s recent announcements of its partnership with UPP to offer summer short-stay solutions to universities, a software deal with operator Whoo, and Blackstone’s iQ Student Accommodation rolling out Lavanda nationwide.
