Coventry-based developer DR2H has announced that its premium PBSA scheme recently secured planning permission through appeal. Situated nearby Cannon Park shopping centre and the University of Warwick campus, the new scheme will deliver 196 premium studios.

The PBSA development will feature over 200m2 of amenity space. Amenities includes a private gym, cinema, rooftop terrace and masterchef-style kitchen facilities.

Designed by Manchester-based Day Architects, the building has been created to respect the iconic city architecture, whilst being a convenient walk away from the university.

“We keep sustainability front and centre, providing safe 50-bay cycle storage on site and contributing to a new Midlands Transport bike facility to be installed nearby. This offers an easy five-minute cycle to the centre of campus.”
