Core Spaces delivers new 19-storey Hub Atlanta PBSA

Core Spaces have opened-up a new stylised purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), Hub Atlanta in Georgia.

PBSA provider Core Spaces announces that it has delivered a 292-unit PBSA scheme – Hub Atlanta.

The 792-bed PBSA scheme is ideally located in the Midtown neighbourhood of Atlanta nearby the Georgia Tech campus. Hub Atlanta is a 405,947 sq ft property that stands at 19-stories high and offers studio through six-bedroom floor plans.  

Core are dedicated in delivering quality residential amenities at the development, including a fitness centre, co-working spaces, private study lounges, a rooftop pool deck with hot tub, dog park and New Here Coffee coffee-shop.  

The mixed-use development also offers 6,990 sq ft of ground floor retail space, and a four-story parking garage.

The design of the building is focused on a hospitality-style experience, with strong residential undertones and contemporary art pops.

Curioso provided interior design services alongside Core’s in-house design team. 

The interiors embrace colours and texture that incorporate a vibrant palette to complement the vibrant city of Atlanta.

Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture served as the architect and Juneau Construction Co. was the general contractor.

Core will be managing and operating Hub Atlanta. 

Residents just moved-in for the 2023-2024 school year, and leasing is now open for next year.
