Property consultancy Knight Frank appoints David Goatman to the newly created role of Global Head of Energy and Sustainability Services. Joining the company over 13 years ago, David is currently Head of Energy, Sustainability and Natural Resources EMEA.
This new role will allow Knight Frank to ambitiously grow its Energy and Sustainability Services (ESS) teams in eight global locations over the next two years. As the company continues to expand its purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) presence, its sustainability and ESG initiatives reflect it’s commitment to both.

After winning numerous mandates from global clients as they help businesses navigate the path towards Net Zero, Knight Frank has already expanded its Energy and Sustainability Services (ESS) teams globally.
In recent years, the company’s Energy, Sustainability and Natural Resources business has grown significantly to include ESG Consultancy, Renewables, E-Mobility, Utilities Consultancy, Infrastructure, Waste and Minerals. For the last five consecutive years, the team has delivered record fee turnover.
