Student accommodation provider Vita Student opened the doors to its first residence in Spain, Vita Student Pedralbes, just over a year ago.
Ioannis Verdelis, Vita Group’s Chief Investment Officer and orchestrator of the company’s expansion into Europe, Vita Student’s lead interior designer on the project, Kerry McMahon and Joan Roig, an architect from the prestigious Barcelonian studio BatlleRoig take you on a guided tour of the scheme in the video below.
This scheme is the first of two Vita Student buildings to open in Barcelona. Its unique sage green building became popular amongst Esade and IESE students. The scheme was fully occupied within in the first couple of weeks of opening.
Vita Student Pedralbes will also feature as a site tour as part of The Class Foundation 2023 Conference taking place in November this year.
