EVO Student – the brand launched by Homes for Students last month – has welcomed its first purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme, named Arcadian. The scheme is set to welcome residents from September 2024.

Located in the lively heart of Nottingham’s city centre, across from the Victoria Centre, Arcadian will offer EVO Student residents an ‘Elevated’ experiential programme delivered by a dedicated onsite team of experts alongside premium accommodation and extensive facilities.

“We’ve been hugely impressed by Urbium Capital’s vision for the Arcadian building located in the heart of Nottingham. Arcadian is the perfect fit to become the first property within the EVO Student portfolio and more importantly to feature the revolutionary Elevated experiential programme developed exclusively for EVO Student residents.”

Kate Forester, Managing Director (MD), Homes for Students

Developed by real estate investors Urbium Capital, the Arcadian development will deliver 293 ensuites and studios. Amenities will include a range of fully equipped fitness and performance spaces, study spaces, future-proofed digital connectivity, a coffee bar, and a community wellness courtyard.

“Launching the Arcadian on EVO Student is a commitment to developing the future of student housing. This lifestyle-led approach to real estate in UK student accommodation puts student wellbeing at the very heart of our offering and elevates the standards of service to our residents.”
