Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) provider Student Roost has announced the appointment of Ashling Fox as Managing Director. Overseeing the Student Roost management team, Ashling will work closely with Greystar to deliver the business’s growth agenda by creating an optimised platform through asset and operational enhancements.

Ashling joins from Bromford Housing where she was Chief Customer Officer, responsible for building safety and business transformation functions for Bromford’s 46,000 homes and over 100,000 customers.

“Student Roost is a trusted brand for student experience, and I look forward to working with the Greystar team to deliver our growth plans to help address the student housing shortage. Student Roost sets out to provide students with their home away from home, so we put their health and wellbeing at the heart of our professionally managed accommodation.”
