Investment agency Harris Associates has promoted Josh Rosenberg to Associate Partner. In his new role, Josh will take on additional leadership responsibilities, helping to continue to revolutionise the real estate market which is at the core of Harris Associates’ mission.

An instrumental person to Harris Associates’ growth over the past two years, Josh led the expansion of the company’s student housing team, by onboarding numerous new clients to the business and constantly challenging the status quo to add value to client projects.

Despite the current undersupply crisis, Josh helped Harris Associates advise on over £1bn of UK purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) transactions throughout 2023 – representing 180% year-over-year growth. His efforts enabled the PBSA division to transact on over 2,434 beds.
