Subsidiary of Trinova Real Estate – Tribell – has acquired the Kirby Street Residence, a PBSA scheme in London on behalf of STARS REI. The seller LUCKY DELTA is a Hong Kong based consortium and CBRE acted on behalf of the company.

Kirby St Residence comprises 128 large studio room. Amenities includes a common room, office, outdoor courtyards, bike storage and additional commercially leased space. The development boasts stunning views of the Shard, St Pauls Cathedral, and the City of London from the upper floors.

“We are delighted to have closed this project with our partners at STARS REI during a challenging period for UK real estate. We look forward to enhancing the building, future proofing the environmental design and providing excellent accommodation and service which is in severe short supply for London’s students.”

Adell Nair-Grepinet, Managing Director, Trinova

Located at 36-43 Kirby St, the PBSA scheme has excellent connections to public transport, including a three-minute walk to Farringdon Station (direct access to London Heathrow via the new Elizabeth line tube), and a 15-minute walk to the London School of Economics (LSE), the University of the City of London and King’s College University.

“We are thrilled to expand our investment footprint in the London market marking our third investment in partnership with Trinova and Tribell, and our seventh acquisition in the UK. This strategic move propels us into the heart of a thriving global student community, attracting students with its world-class universities and vibrant cultural scene.”
