UK based platform for student accommodation listings – StuRents – announces three new hires to its research, product design and customer success teams.

Chris Glen joins StuRents as Head of Customer Success. He previously led Customer Success & Growth for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, and has over 20 years’ experience spanning the technology, marketplaces, and SaaS industries in the UK and internationally. At StuRents, Chris will drive further optimisation of the marketing and operational platforms to enhance user experience.

Sam Gillespie joins as Research Analyst. As StuRents research team grows, Sam will contribute to its ongoing success and reputation as a leading source of insight for those involved in the UK’s purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) market. He will be facilitating the delivery of market-leading data through routine reporting and tailored client requests. Sam previously served in roles centred around customer success and operations at Bulb Energy.

Tom Kozacinski joins StuRents as Senior Product Designer. He will lead the product design function, leveraging nearly two decades of experience in graphic design, UI and large-scale business software design. Tom will be instrumental in refining product design processes and practices, ensuring brand consistency, strategic alignment and a user-focused product strategy. He is a TEDx speaker and Techstars Mentor.

“The invaluable experience that these new starters will bring to StuRents will strengthen our position as UK market leaders in student accommodation search, property management software and insight. Having Sam’s analytical talents, Chris’ drive for customer success and Tom’s keen eye for design will enable us to level up our offering and create an even better customer experience. We are very happy to have them on board.”
