Together, financial services provider Legal & General and independent PBSA provider Homes for Students have embarked on a partnership that is set to make a long-standing positive impact on PBSA residents’ welfare, the sector and the wider community.

The Clifford House in Exeter and Scotway House in Glasgow Prestige Student Living schemes are Legal & General’s first direct let PBSA investments, with Homes for Students appointed as managing partners.

Clifford House PBSA in Exeter

Clifford House – located on Clifford House Stadium Way – provides homes for 400 students and the development is under a mile away from the University of Exeter. Residents can reach the university’s campuses within a 4-minute bus ride or 21-minute walk. Exeter College is easily reachable with an 18-minute bus ride.

Located in the ancient and culturally significant city of Exeter, the PBSA scheme boasts vibrant games dining areas, a communal lounge, a gym and fitness studio, an impressive cinema room and communal garden space.

Residents benefit from a year-round activity programme hosted by the Prestige Student Living team designed to support wellbeing, encourage friendships and aid study.

Scotway House PBSA in Glasgow

The Scotway House PBSA scheme located on Castlebank Street in Glasgow will welcome 320 students this summer to enjoy the state-of-the-art gym, private study and dining spaces, cinema and communal lounge. The scheme also includes a rare rooftop terrace, where residents will be able to enjoy the world-famous Glaswegian backdrop and views across the River Clyde.

The scheme also includes a concierge, bike storage, a dedicated maintenance team, on-site security personnel and CCTV monitoring.

Residents will also benefit from being a six-minute bus ride or 15-minute walk from the University of Glasgow. Glasgow Caledonian University is a 24-minute journey by train and Glasgow Art School is an 18-minute journey.
