Dentons has advised Home & Co on the acquisition of a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) building with 164 bedrooms in Frankfurt am Main on Salvador-Allende-Straße.
The acquired property includes spacious communal areas and underground parking spaces. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Home & Co is a real estate platform focusing on micro-residential properties in Europe. The company currently owns and operates over 3,000 units in Germany and Spain.
Its target group includes students and young professionals for whom finding accommodation – from the booking process to furnished apartments – should be made as easy as possible. With the acquisition of the student residence in Frankfurt, Home & Co is now represented at twelve locations in Germany.
