
StudentCrowd has announced the appointment of Nathan Goddard to its Board as a Non-Executive Director. Nathan’s assignment brings strategic leadership and support for the company’s next phase of growth.
Nathan brings two decades of leadership experience in student living real estate, having worked in senior positions in the investor, operator and advisor spaces.
With a track record of guiding businesses through operational and international growth across Europe, the US and Australia, his appointment comes at a pivotal moment for StudentCrowd as the company enters a period of accelerated growth, expanding its data offering, partner base and market reach.

Founded in 2014, StudentCrowd provides property data for the UK and Irish student markets. It already collects comprehensive data for Germany, Spain and France, with additional countries due to come online throughout 2025.
The platform contains a range of critical, real-time information on the market, with 3.7 billion data points covering operator and building-level detail, live price and availability, bed numbers, property features, pipeline data, incentives for all tenancies and student reviews. It enables the whole sector to make informed, confident decisions.
