
Fresh has announced that Pavilion Point, its purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) residence in Brighton, has signed a nomination agreement with EC Brighton for the 2024/25 academic year.
EC Brighton is part of EC English Language Centres, a global chain of language schools with 25 schools in major English-speaking destinations and UK locations in Brighton, Cambridge, Bristol, London and Manchester.

Pavilion Point is managed by Fresh on behalf of a UK PBSA Fund run by specialist investment manager Curlew Capital and offers a combination of studio and ensuite rooms. Amenities include a multimedia room, private outdoor courtyard, lounge, study rooms, gym and coffee area.
