McLaren Property has appointed Jon Mangham as Construction Director, responsible for overseeing a growing number of development opportunities in the North across McLaren Property, Living and Regeneration.
Jon joins the construction delivery team, reporting to Matthew Cova, Managing Director (Delivery) and working alongside Construction Directors Mark Tunstall and Rob Auld.
Joining from Equans, part of Bouygue, Jon was Regional Director and had responsibility for setting up a major project division within the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sector. With over 35 years within the construction industry, Jon has a proven track record of delivering large and complex projects.
McLaren Property specialises in the delivery of PBSA and mixed-use developments. They have forged successful joint ventures and funding partnerships delivering £1.5bn developments (6,500 beds) across the UK to date, with a pipeline of £2bn (9,500 beds) of development in major cities across the UK.
