Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) third-party manager Fresh has successfully taken over the management of the Alma Place development in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

The scheme comprises 393-units in a mix of en-suite and studio apartments. Amenities include a fitness suite, yoga studio, gaming hub, karaoke booth, social lounge, landscaped central courtyard and a variety of study areas. Residents at Amla Place also benefit from in-room laundry facilities.

Fresh has announced that bookings for 2025/26 are open, with en-suites available at Alma Place from £156 per week for a 51-week tenancy and high-spec studios starting at £275 per week for a 51-week tenancy.

Fresh currently manages c.19,000 student accommodation, Build to Rent, co-living homes for a wide range of clients across 58 operational properties. The company is part of the Watkin Jones Group, a developer and manager of residential for rent homes. Since 1999, Watkin Jones has delivered 49,000 student beds across 147 sites.
