
Puma Property Finance has announced that it has strengthened its senior legal team with the appointment of Dhwani Shah.
Dhwani, a dual qualified lawyer in the UK and India, joins Puma from Clifford Chance’s London office where she worked for almost three years, advising clients on real estate financing and structured debt transactions.
Prior to Clifford Chance, Dhwani worked at top tier law firm Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) in Mumbai, India in their general banking and finance team.
