Torsion Group has given an update on its Burnsall House purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) in Warwick.

They recently began moving furniture onto the fourth and fifth floors of Burnsall House, their 196-bedrom PBSA scheme serving the Warwick and Coventry area. Seeing these floors come to life is a testament to the hard work and dedication of their on-site team.

With completion scheduled ahead of the September academic term, plastering is nearing completion and finishing trades are progressing. On level three, Torsion is installing bedroom and pod doors, and cladding works have started on the west elevation.

Torsion has also reached three important project milestones recently the removal of the external hoist, the submission of its application to dismantle the tower crane, and connection to mains power achieved in mid-June.

Looking ahead, the company is organising a site visit for students from a local building skills college, reinforcing their commitment to developing the next generation of construction professionals.
