Featured Project: St James Boulevard, Newcastle

St James’ Boulevard involves the creation of 343 new high- quality apartments, designated for local university students. Rund has been involved since project inception, initially formulating and administering the contract for demolition and enabling works. We are also instructed to carry out monthly valuations, oversee design stages and manage contractor appointments.
